La expresión ECCE HOMO (Jn. 19,5) nos presenta la humanidad de Jesús, que al ser presentado flagelado, coronado de espinas y vestido irónicamente con el manto color púrpura, debemos entender que este ECCE HOMO está presente en nuestros días y es presentado por la autoridad del mundo como el pobre y el desvalido que es flagelado por los azotes de la injusticia; que es coronado con las espinas de las mentes perversas que, buscando incansablemente crear sistemas de pensamiento que vayan en sentido contrario al acto del sacrificio por los demás, provocan una sociedad egoísta, condenada al individualismo. Humana To Acquire Arcadian Management Services
Humana (NYSE:HUM) has signed an agreement to acquire Arcadian Management Services, an Oakland, California-based Medicare Advantage HMO approximately 64000 members in 15 US states. Arcadian’s 2010 revenue was $622 million. The transaction is subject to both federal and state regulatory approvals and is expected to close in late 2011. Humana’s acquisition of Arcadian is not expected to materially impact its financial earnings guidance for year ending December 31. Terms were not disclosed. Humana (NYSE:HUM) has a potential upside of 26.1% based on a current price of $71.01 and an average consensus analyst price target of $89.57.
